Who can I contact if I have questions or issues with my order?
If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order, feel free to fill out our contact form or email us at support@oatgazm.com.
For damaged or incorrect items, make sure to visit our Refund & Return Policy and follow the instructions provided. We’ll need your order number and a photo of the issue in your initial email to help us resolve your request quickly.
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to assist and ensure your Öatgazm experience is a great one, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
What’s the shelf life of the granola?
Because our granola is made without preservatives or additives, it naturally has a shorter shelf life than mass-produced options.
Depending on storage conditions, it is best enjoyed within up to about 3 months of delivery. For peak freshness and crunch, keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
Why can’t I add more than 12 bags to my cart?
For retail orders, the maximum purchase is limited to 12 bags per order. If you’d like to place an order larger than 12 bags, please fill out our contact form directly so we can help fulfill your larger request.
How will my granola be shipped to me?
We ship all of our granola in insulated aluminum bubble wrap mailers. This special packaging helps block external heat, protecting your granola as much as possible during transport so it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
How much is a serving?
Each bag contains about 8 servings based on a typical serving size of ¼ cup. Since everyone enjoys their granola a little differently, the number of servings can vary—most people get between 6 and 8 servings per bag, depending on portion size.
How should I eat this granola?
You can enjoy it any way you love your granola:
- As a crunchy topping on yogurt or smoothie bowls.
- As a quick snack straight from the bag.
- Sprinkled over ice cream for a healthier crunch.
- Mixed with milk or milk alternatives, like muesli or however else you like to get your granola fix!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we’re working on it. Right now, Oatgazm ships within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@oatgazm.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it heads out the door.
How should I store my granola?
Keep it sealed in its original pouch in a cool, dry place. For maximum freshness, consume within 3 months of opening (if you can resist it that long).
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes! We’re based in Miami, Florida, and we offer free local delivery within a 12-mile radius of our kitchen. Whether your address qualifies depends on how close you are to us.
If you have specific delivery accommodations you’d like to request, please email us before placing your order to see what we can do. Once an order is submitted, we can’t change the delivery method.
